Allow longer videos to be uploaded/ scheduled on TikTok - Limited to only 1 minute on Flick however TikTok allows longer videos

currently, it wants me to make a new search. this is 1. impossible to recreate all the interconnected bubbles i have onscreen with a new search, and 2. does not behave like say, an Amazon/Yelp/etc search filter, which will remove results that no longer fit the Filter criteria (this is what we want :)

TikTok has now been optimized for SEO searching and captions can now be WAY longer than 150 characters. It would be nice if we could utilize longer captions for this.
