As a user I would like an easy way to move hashtags from one collection to another

to move a hashtag seems to need two actions. First to copy it and then to go back and delete the one in the original collection.

YES! This would be so helpful - I think there should be both options, either copy it over or move it so that if you want a hashtag in both you can but if you want to just move it that's available too
